How do I order from you?
  • Please fill out a Welcome Packet and send to We typically turn around setup within 24 hours. No orders can be accepted without an account being set up. Once that is done, we will need a Purchase Order.
What methods of payment do you accept?

  • Credit Card
    • A 3% fee is assessed on every transaction. We do not wrap this into the product price to allow you the option to pay via another method.
    • A pre-authorization transaction of your order total plus 10% is held on your credit card until the order ships. The credit card pre-authorization is a non-financial transaction to verify the card is valid (not lost or stolen), verifies that funds are available (credit card will not exceed the credit limit) and places a hold on the card for a future transaction. No money is passed, and the card is not charged by Links until the order is completed and that product is shipped.
Do you have order minimums?
  • We have no minimums on blank product. Decorated orders have a 25 unit minimum.

Do you carry discontinued product?
  • Links' aim is to carry the current generation of our brands' products. As new product is released, we will have limited stock of the previous generation as our inventory depletes.
Do you ship internationally?
  • Links Unlimited is only authorized to sell product within the US, we are unable to provide any customs information or documentation including not limited to MSD Sheets, Harmonized Tax Codes or Country of Origin.
